Ensalada – warm goats cheese, pomegranate, walnut and apple salad
Tostada – roasted Mediterranean vegetables on garlic toast
Sopa del dia – fresh homemade soup of the day
Cazuela – seafood and tomato stew with croutons
Melón – melon and strawberries topped with Serrano ham


Cerdo asado – roasted loin of pork with caramelised apples and spanish cider gravy
Faisán Tinto – pan fried pheasant wrapped in Serrano ham with mushroom jus
Pescado – sea bass fillet on a bed of cumin seasoned chickpeas
Carne -braised steak slow cooked with Rioja and shallots
Paella – choice of paella /chicken chorizo /seafood/mixed vegetables
Champignon – large flat-cap mushrooms topped with goats cheese and spinach crumb
All served with seasonal vegetables and garlic cheese potatoes


Pudin – sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and ice cream
Tarta de queso – homemade white chocolate, raspberry and tablet cheesecake
Churros – spanish doughnuts with warm chocolate sauce
Table de queso – Spanish cheese board with membrillo biscuits and apple
